Western-Themed Birthday Party in Gunter, Texas

A family ranch house outside Gunter, Texas, was the setting for a 50th birthday party on April 18, 2026. The house was decorated in a western theme with ornate saddles on display, and the patio looked out over a lake and open green acreage. With around 40 close friends and family, the party felt warm and personal.

One artist sketched in the High-End style for six hours and finished 42 portraits on 8x10 paper, enough for every guest and a few extras.

The other entertainment matched the theme: a live band playing country songs, a seamstress custom-embroidering bandanas for guests to take home, and a pinata later in the night. A small grey dog wandered between the tables all evening and kept everyone company. Guests left with a bandana and a sketch, both made just for them.
