The evening
Covenant Health Foundation held a fundraiser for its children's hospital on May 1, 2026, and our artists were placed in the VIP reception ahead of the main program. The VIP room was lively and highly interactive, with guests moving between stations and a college football head coach among the attendees.
Two artists sketched in the Runway style for five hours and completed 120 portraits on 5x7 paper, out of a total attendance of 450. The line at the table stayed busy for the length of the reception.
The program centered on the stories of the hospital's young patients, and the sketches gave donors a personal souvenir from a night in support of the cause. Guests left with a portrait in the clothes they wore for the occasion.
