Corporate parties & holiday events

The one activity that works for everyone at the company party.

Guests are sketched from a photo while they mingle, a host runs the line, and every person who is drawn walks out with a signed portrait of themselves in a protective sleeve. One vendor, one setup, nothing for your team to manage on the night.

What you are solving

Three questions every planner asks first.

  1. 01

It has to work for 30 people or 300

Artists draw from photos the host takes, so nobody sits or stands still and the party keeps moving. A room under 130 guests is usually drawn in High-End, at seven guests an hour per artist; from 130 up we switch to Runway, at twelve an hour, and the guests-sketched number goes in writing on the proposal.

  2. 02

You cannot manage a vendor on the night

Every booking comes with a host. The host signs guests up, texts each one a personal page with their place in line, and hands the finished sketch over — the artists only draw. The team arrives an hour early to set up, and that hour is not billed.

  3. 03

It should carry the company name

The paper is printed for your event, free, with your logo, the occasion and the date. Each sketch goes home matted in a protective sleeve — a keepsake with your brand on it that ends up on a desk, not in a drawer.

How it works

Your guests enjoy the art instead of queueing for it.

  1. An artist set up at an office event, the city behind the windows
    01

    Setup

Our team arrives one hour before the start time to set up, and that prep hour is not billed. Every event is staffed with artists and a host, so the artists do one thing: sketch.

  2. Three guests at corporate events photographed for their sign-up
    02

    Sign-up by photo

The host takes each guest’s photo, name and mobile number. Twenty seconds, and they are back to the party — nobody sits or stands for a portrait.

  3. A guest at a rooftop corporate party looking at her sketch
    03

A personal page for every guest

Each guest gets a text with their photo, their guest number and the approximate wait, and the page updates itself as the queue moves.

  4. A guest at a corporate anniversary party smiling with her sketch
    04

    Sketch ready, pick-up, the reveal

The moment the sketch is done the guest gets a photo of it by text, then picks it up at the table — signed, matted in a protective sleeve, theirs to keep.

The package

What a booking looks like

Alisa Maxime and an artist at a corporate event
  • The team is sized to the room: most corporate bookings start at two artists for four hours, and bigger rooms add artists and hours so the artists draw non-stop through cocktails, dinner and awards.

  • Runway sketches 12 guests per hour per artist on 5x7 paper; High-End 7 per hour per artist on 8x10. Every quote states the number of guests sketched we guarantee.

  • Every package includes custom-printed paper with your logo, event title or date, a protective sleeve and mat for each artwork, an on-site assistant who takes the sign-ups and runs the pickup, and a one-hour early arrival for setup that is not billed.

  • Setup needs: one 4 ft table and a chair per artist, access to a nearby outlet, and an indoor or covered spot.

  • A 50% deposit books the date. After the deposit we ask for the title, names or logo to print on your custom paper.

Good to know

Before you book

Do guests have to sit for a portrait?

No. The host takes each guest’s photo at sign-up, twenty seconds, and they go back to the party. The artists draw from the photo and keep going all evening, whether or not anyone is at the table.

How many artists and hours do I need?

It follows from your guest count and how long the room is full: each artist covers 12 guests an hour in Runway or 7 in High-End, and most parties run three to five hours. Store events run a full day inside opening hours. Send the date, guest count and hours and one recommendation comes back.

Will every guest get a sketch?

The guarantee is a number, in writing. For rooms of about 130 or more where you want everyone drawn, Runway with enough artists covers it; smaller rooms usually choose High-End. Because nobody has to sit or queue, coverage depends on the artists’ pace, not on your guests.

Can you put our name or logo on the paper?

Yes. A week before the event we print a custom template free: your logo, names, date, colors or a line of your choosing. Send the details once you’ve booked.

What do you need from the venue?

Per artist: a 4 ft table, a chair and a plug, all the tables together in one place, indoors or covered. We arrive an hour early to set up and that hour isn’t billed. Everything else, lighting, signage, materials, the host, comes with us.

Do I need to staff anything on my side?

No. Every event comes with a host who runs sign-up, the queue and pick-up, so the artists only draw. Your planner gets one contact and nothing to manage.

How much does it cost?

Our minimum booking is one artist for three hours, from $1,650. Most events need more artists or hours, so we send one recommendation with the artists, the hours, the guaranteed number of guests sketched and one total price, usually the same day.

When do I pay?

Once the details are set, we send the invoice and a 50% deposit holds the date. The balance is due before the event.
