The evening
A family ranch in Alleyton, Texas hosted a wedding for 150 guests on April 11, 2026, with the ceremony held in front of a small chapel the groom's family built themselves. Two Alisa Maxime Studio artists sketched for five hours in the Runway style and completed 120 portraits, and every guest who asked for a drawing had one in hand by the end of the night.
Some of the details were pure ranch. Two live donkeys, decorated with flowers, stood ready as a photo opportunity for guests, and the bride came down the aisle to the Jurassic Park theme played by a string quartet. The reception ran outdoors, with the sketching table set up where guests could watch the artists work between dinner and dancing. It was a wedding with a strong sense of place, and the couple was happy with how the evening went.
