Shop Event at The Domain, Austin

The Domain in Austin was the venue for a fashion fundraiser on April 9, 2026, an evening of shopping in support of a cause. Two Alisa Maxime Studio artists sketched for three hours in our High-End style, producing 8x10 portraits with more detail than our quicker event format allows.

Traffic through the store was steady from start to finish. Shoppers browsed the racks, tried things on, and stopped at the sketching table between purchases for a quick photo. A store event with a fundraising angle benefits from something that keeps people in the room a little longer, and the sketching table did that: guests returned for their drawings when a text said they were ready, paused a moment to watch the artists work, and compared finished portraits before heading back to the floor. Each guest left with an illustration of themselves that had nothing to do with a receipt.
