Step 1
Send a photo
One person or a couple, full length with shoes in the frame, facing the light. A phone photo is fine.
Step 2
Tell us who it is for
Names for the sketch, a colour to match, a gift message. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the shipping address goes on the same page.
Step 3
The artist draws
Your sketch is drawn in the studio with the time a live event never allows: more detail, the same airy line.
Step 4
It arrives matted
Matted, in a protective sleeve, shipped by the guaranteed date and tracked to your door. You receive a text when it is shipped.

Questions
- How long does it take?
- We guarantee the latest ship date, shown on the order form before you pay: two weeks from your order as standard, and most orders are shipped sooner. If you need it earlier, we can ship within 7 days for an additional $300, or within 2 days for an additional $500; the fee is per order, not per sketch, and the 2-day option is available for up to three sketches. Buying a gift? Choose the shipping that arrives in time, and tell us the date in the message box on the order form.
- What photo works best?
- Full length, shoes visible, facing the light, no drinks or hand signs. Two people standing side by side for a couple. If the photo will not work, we write back before drawing.
- Can it be a gift?
- Yes. Ship it straight to them, put the gift line in the message box, and add gift wrapping on the order form if you would like it wrapped; we print nothing with a price on it.
- Is it the same as the sketches at your events?
- Same artists, same style, more time. Event sketches take a few minutes each; this one gets the detail a studio afternoon allows.
- What if I do not love it?
- Tell us within a week of delivery and we will redraw it once at no charge.
- What if my package is lost?
- Every order is shipped with UPS tracking. In the rare case a package is lost, we create a new sketch and mail it again at no cost, and send you the digital version in the meantime.
- Do you ship outside the US?
- Not through the order form yet. Write to info@alisamaxime.com and we will quote the shipping.
